INITIAL CONSULTATION
Meet with Andy to discuss desires and needs for your perfect project.
A range of pricing is presented along with any general recommendations, from types of finishes to the overall scope.

DESIGN
PHASE
A budget range is established and a design contract is signed to start the project.

Your custom design of 3D modeling and construction plans begins.

Final pricing for materials and sub-contractors will be compiled.

CONSTRUCTION
STAGE
A construction contract is presented containing the final construction plans, along with a comprehensive scope of work, and a finalized bid with all allowances determined.

Final design selections are made, and construction begins.
